Mr. Charles Godwin
Mr. Godwin is originally from the low country of South Carolina. He graduated in 1984 from West Oak High School. After high school he obtained an Associate Degree in Machine Tool Technology from Tri-County Technical College.

Prior to teaching Mr. Godwin spent 28 years working in the machining field has a toolmaker for the Torrington Company and Schneider Electric (Square D) company. He has been teaching for 5 years in Oconee County at HCC has the Machine Technology Instructor.

Mr. Godwin and his family live in West Union, SC. His wife Denise works for Clemson University and they have 2 adult children Cory and Lacey. In his free time he enjoys pursuing life in the outdoors with family and friends, serving at North Walhalla Church of God as co-teacher of the Navigators and playing bass in the praise band.
